The RNA STF Hopper is a bespoke vertical conveyor system designed to eliminate jamming of parts between the conveyor belt and cover or hopper wall. The adjustable baffle plate prevents parts from getting under the belt cover, while the open design of the lower deflection station prevents parts from jamming. The system is optimized with regards to the filling height, variable discharge height, and noise reduction. It is made of 304 Stainless Steel, best suited for light parts, and includes a quick-dump door for fast part changeover. The system regulates part levels in the feeder, extends feeder run time without operator input, is extremely customizable, and provides gentle part handling. Its ergonomic design offers a wide range of sizes and capacities, making it suitable for various laboratory applications.
