The Cytiva AxiChrom 200/300 is controlled by UNICORN software, using a KTA system, ensuring automated column packing using the UNICORN Intelligent packing wizard. Unique features include predictable scale-up, pivot stand compatibility, kits for different setups and mechanical locking to maintain axial compression between runs. A centering plug is delivered with the column must be used when assembling the column.
