Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming Project inquires
- Schedule & complete timely walk-throughs at Client site
- Create thorough Scopes of Work and correlating Estimates for project
- Maintain and create project budgets
- Coordinate requisite insurances, clarify billing including collecting Purchase Orders or equivalent from client
- Manage in-field team on-site or remotely
- Collaborate and communicate with Warehouse Manager, Sales, and Client Services department regarding the arrival on incoming equipment from Projects
- Collaborate and communicate with Accounting team on bill and collection of projects
Qualifications / Skills
- Ability to create Estimates, Scopes of Work, Change Orders, Budgets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time management and urgency to meet deadlines
- A strong team-player with an ability to multi-task and wear several hats
- Must display the ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel & understand P&Ls
- Resourceful and analytical thinking & organizational skills
- Logistics coordination
- Travel planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of Asana or comparable project software
- GANTT chart familiarity
- Ability to be flexible and time management
- Engages with clients with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability time management
- History of managing team in the field
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements
- Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Have or ability to obtain Forklift Certification
- Ability to drive 26ft box truck (moving truck), no commercial license required.
- Handling pallet jack
- Ability to secure machinery for transport & shipping
This position is full-time and non-exempt. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday but may require some flexibility in schedule. REUZEit offers full benefits including, but not limited to – medical, dental, vision, PTO, and sick time after the probationary period.
