Service Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist other Service Techs with:

  • Tieing workflow to schedule
  • On-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports in ERP
  • Service sold equipment ensuring proper function, using software when available
  • Operate forklifts safely and use field automation systems (after Forklift Certification is complete)
  • Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Ensure all parts pictured are included

Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and technical service equipment
  • English literacy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with mobile tools an applications
  • Technical degree or certification preferred, or working towards
