Service Intern
Responsibilities:
Assist other Service Techs with:
- Tieing workflow to schedule
- On-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports in ERP
- Service sold equipment ensuring proper function, using software when available
- Operate forklifts safely and use field automation systems (after Forklift Certification is complete)
- Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Ensure all parts pictured are included
Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and technical service equipment
- English literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools an applications
- Technical degree or certification preferred, or working towards
