The ATS Life Sciences Model 13-Label Application (Nautilus PL100I ER) is a highly accurate and reliable feed and peel system designed for die-cut adhesive components. It offers maximum accuracy with results of +/- 0.035mm and is configured for integration into automated assembly solutions. The EP Package provides a closed-loop feedback system to monitor material travel and verify correct feed location. It is designed for components up to 100 x 100mm in size and offers features such as rapid changeover, high component capacity, and multiple simultaneous placements. Software not included. Typical applications include label application, packaging, and automated assembly.
