The Branson 2000X Series Custom Ultrasonic Welding System, model BRU-275-527A, is a versatile system capable of precise process control with multiple weld modes and four output frequencies. It offers different actuator options to match specific application needs, allowing for clean, fast welds on various materials such as rigid thermoplastics, flexible packaging, fabrics, and films. This ultrasonic assembly system can be adapted to automation systems or used as a stand-alone complete system in an assembly cell. It was tested to specifications and comes with a 30-day warranty.
