Notably, although the device was unresponsive to the included software during testing, it shows potential for a fully functional setup after proper configuration with possibly needed additional accessories. Technician comment
This unit was removed from a working environment and shows no physical damage. We attempted to connect it to the included computer/software but were unable to establish communication. All ports were properly cabled and the system powers on; however, the software did not recognize the device. The issue may require user configuration, drivers, or additional accessories not included in our testing. No further troubleshooting was performed. The unit was wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol for surface cleaning.
