Description
The Thermo Gibco CTS Xenon Electroporation Instrument (Model A50301) combines scalable electroporation capabilities with a closed, GMP-compliant system. This instrument offers reliable delivery of DNA, RNA, proteins, and more into cells, maintaining exceptional viability and recovery rates, even for difficult-to-transfect cells. Manufactured in December 2022, this unit was obtained from a working lab environment and is in good condition. While power on and basic tests are successful, full functionality is assumed but unverified. Notably, this instrument includes a single-use electroporation chamber that minimizes contamination. It's compatible with the Invitrogen Neon NxT Electroporation System, allowing for seamless transitions from research through to commercial cell therapy manufacturing.
