Product Information
As a quirky, knowledgeable scientist, I'm excited to introduce the CytoFluor Series 4000 Plate Reader. This fluorescence/bioluminescence reader boasts a temperature control range from 5C to 20C in 0.2C increments-up to 45C. It measures soluble and cell-associated fluorescence, with an EM wavelength of 390 - 800 nm and EX wavelength of 320 - 700 nm. Optics can be configured to read the top or bottom of a plate, enabling measurement of solution and cell-based assays. This equipment is used and in great condition, having been working when taken out of service, with a serial number of HX0CNAD1100.
