The Protein Technologies Symphony Peptide Synthesizer is a 12-channel synthesizer designed specifically for multiple solid-phase peptide syntheses. Each reaction channel operates independently, providing versatility, fast multiplex operation, low coupling cost, and variable synthetic scales. Fast multiplex operation enables 12 reaction vessels to produce compounds faster and in numbers comparable to other synthesizers using many more reaction vessels. The core of the Symphony is an innovative, highly reliable patented multiplexing matrix valve system that permits reagents to be transferred to different reaction vessels without cross-contamination. The ambient to 100°C, ±0.1°C Water Bath is constructed of stainless steel and equipped with digital controls. It features a temperature range and stability of ambient to 100°C with ±0.1°C, and has a volume capacity of 20 liters. The Symphony synthesizer's dimenions measures 81.3cm width, 153cm height, 61cm in depth.
