The Boston Round Filler Capper is a complete filling and capping system, ideal for high-throughput pharmaceutical applications with Boston Round and Oval bottles. This automated system has the capability to handle a variety of bottles and liquids, with the flexibility to reconfigure for different viscosities and bottle sizes. Its dual-stage filling system is particularly useful for bubbly solutions, while operating inside a cleanroom to meet FDA standards. The system comes with a particle counter and plenty of accessories. It has been used for filling eye dropper bottles for human contact lens solution. If you have a non-foaming solution, you should be able to fill even more bottles per minute. The Boston Round Filler Capper is currently configured to handle 1/2 oz, 1 oz, 2 oz, and 4 oz Boston Round bottles, as well as 1.25 oz and 4 oz Oval bottles, with 20mm cap and tip for Boston Round bottles and 18mm cap and tip for oval bottles. The viscosity of the solution it can handle ranges from 1.42 to 9.22 centistokes (cleaner) and 10 to 40 centistokes (solution).
