Our SpectraMax 340PC384 Microplate Reader will run many applications, including ELISA, cytotoxicity, -galactosidase reporter gene assays, and NAD(P)H-based assays. The PathCheckSensor technology automatically measures the liquid depth of each well, and can also be used to calculate concentrations without a standard curve and expand the dynamic range of your readings to 6+ OD. The temperature control is adjustable up to 45°C with a robotics-compatible interface and SoftMaxPro Data Analysis Software. The SpectraMax340PC384 offers a wide photometric range of 0.0 to 4.0 OD, with high precision, accuracy, and resolution. The light source includes a Xenon flash lamp, and the microplate read time is optimized for both 96-well and 384-well plates.
