A xenon flash lamp is used to excite a wavelength range of 200 to 880 nm. With the unique Dual-PMT option, the wavelength range can be extended to the near infrared spectral region (up to 900 nm) without any loss in sensitivity in the UV/VIS spectral region. The detector has a data collection rate in single channel mode of up to 200 Hz, allowing rapid separations in UHPLC. It features a high sensitivity and can measure up to four channels with independent parameters simultaneously. It can be controlled by the Chromeleon Chromatography Management System. The detector is in good working order, has passed all initializing self and basic functionality tests, and is in great condition with minor cosmetic wear from normal use.
