Luminex 100 Cell Based Assay Analyzer by Luminex is a powerful system that allows you to simultaneously measure up to 100 analytes in a single microplate well. This enables fast and cost-effective bioassay results on a variety of assay formats including nucleic acid assays, receptor-ligand assays, immunoassays, and enzymatic assays. The system is used and operates on autosensing power between 100-240 VAC, 47 - 63 Hz and at an operating temperature of 15 - 30°C with 20% - 80% relative humidity non-condensing. It is capable of detecting 1000 fluorochromes phycoerythrin (PE) per xMAP microsphere and offers a reporter channel dynamic range of 3.5 decades of detection. The optics include a reporter laser with a nominal output of 10-15 mW and a maximum of 500 mW, a classification laser, a reporter detector, and a classification detector and doublet discriminator. The fluidics system within this analyzer has a sample volume of 20 - 200 μL via sample loop and offers sheath flow, sample injection, and cuvette specifications.
