This small but robust PCR system takes up less space than the Applied Biosystems 7900HT. The ABI 7300 excels at quantifying nucleic acid sequences without compromising data. It works with a variety of different dye choices and runs on its own software platform. Quantitative results are available immediately once the PCR run is complete, taking less than two hours. The ABI 7300 Delivers four-color detection and has the ability to run multiple applications including SNP genotyping, pathogen quantification, isothermal, gene expression analysis, along with plus/minus assays which use internal positive controls
