Choose from three block formats, operate in various configurations, and use any plate, tube, or strip you want. All formats come with gradient SteadySlope technology to ensure heating and cooling ramp rates remain consistent. With the vapo protect technology, evaporation is kept to a minimum. The cycler can be used in three configurations: stand-alone system, mini-satellite systems, or a PC-controlled network. It features a heated lid with integrated Thermal Sample Protection (TSP) technology, intuitive graphic programming, and extremely fast heating/cooling rates. The gradient function simplifies protocol optimization, ensuring constant heating and cooling rates. The temperature gradient is freely programmable over 12 rows, with a range of up to 24℃. The optimized tube fit allows for the fastest heat transition. The equipment is designed for PCR applications and can accommodate 96 x 0.2mL PCR tubes or 1 PCR plate 8 x 12. The temperature range is 4 to 99℃ with a temperature accuracy of 0.2℃ and temperature uniformity of 0.4℃ at 95℃.
