The Amray 1920ECO Scanning Electron Microscope operates at 530kV energy, with a resolution of ~ 5-10 nm under ideal conditions. It is controlled by the SEMView Hardware platform and Win10(TM) compatible software, producing images up to 8k x 8k pixel density. This SEM allows for imaging of thick specimens, thin wafers, metals, ceramics, polymers, and machined materials. It permits filament change and electron column alignment, as well as elemental X-ray analysis with optional EDS system. The SEM is in need of repairs, and part of the unit does not power on. Its capabilities include a resolution of ~ 5-10 nm, 100kx magnification under optimal conditions, and its specimen chamber has a drawer-like design for loading specimens.
