The Thermo Fisher Transcend LX-2 Multiplexing System, also part of the LX series, is designed to improve MS efficiency, productivity, and throughput. This system doubles the productivity of your mass spectrometer by achieving the throughput of two separate LC/MS systems with a single MS. It allows multiple assays to be run parallel into a single MS, removing expensive downtime associated with setting up each individual assay. The Transcend LX-2 features Aria operating software, ensuring operation of multiple channels and enabling the user to run a single method or multiple methods simultaneously into one MS. All major mass spectrometer platforms are compatible, allowing existing HPLC or UHPLC methods to be multiplexed. Aria software operates autosamplers, pumps, valve switching, and more, allowing both Thermo Scientific TurboFlow methods and LC methods to run on one Transcend system, injection to injection.
