The Invitrogen Countess II FL Automated Cell Counter AMQAF1000 is a powerful benchtop assay platform designed for rapid assessment of cells in suspension. With state-of-the-art optics, full autofocus, and image analysis software, researchers can accurately count cells, monitor fluorescent protein expression, evaluate apoptosis, and measure cell viability. Use it to eliminate the subjectivity of manual cell counting and user-to-user variability. It accepts up to two EVOS light cubes that are user-selectable from over twenty fluorescence channels, providing three-channel flexibility. In as little as 10 seconds, this cell counter provides a total cell count, reports viability, and measures average cell size. The Countess II FL Automated Cell Counter requires no cleaning or routine maintenance, making it convenient for any lab setting. Please note, the light cube is not included.
