The Invitrogen iPrep DNA Purification System is a highly flexible, used molecular biology equipment designed for the rapid purification of nucleic acids, including DNA and RNA. The iPrep model features integrated ChargeSwitch technology, allowing for inhibitor-free purification, while accommodating up to 12 samples per run. The used system simplifies the purification process by utilizing prepackaged reagents in cartridges, thereby reducing setup variation and enabling easy process validation. The compact unit's self-contained hardware requires no external computer, and it is certified for safety by CE and UL. Typical applications include forensics, nucleic acid purification, and viral RNA/DNA extraction. Please note that this unit does not come with a software card, and additional iPrep cards are required for forensic and gDNA blood and tissue applications.
