Greetings to all fellow scientists and researchers! We present to you the Roche LightCycler 96 Instrument, a real-time PCR system that enables rapid cycling for up to 96 samples. While this exquisite piece of equipment is designed for absolute and relative quantification, melting curve analysis, and endpoint genotyping, its precise thermal homogeneity and fast cycling speed result in accurate and reproducible results in a very short time. The LightCycler96 Instrument's optical detection system allows for flexible detection of sequence-dependent probes, such as hydrolysis probes and sequence-independent dyes. This versatile instrument is also capable of multiplex and multicolor capabilities, allowing the use of up to four different fluorescent dyes.
