Introducing the M-110P microfluidizer, a versatile piece of equipment featuring an on-board 2 hp electric-hydraulic drive that powers a single acting intensifier pump. Easily adjustable process pressures ranging from 10,000-20,000 psi ensure the production of desired product results. This microfluidizer's reciprocating intensifier pump propels the product through the diamond interaction chamber, where fixed geometry micro channels accelerate the product stream to high velocities, resulting in high-shear and impact forces. The product exits the interaction chamber and flows through an external cooling coil to regulate its temperature. Sold AS-IS, needing repairs, but with the potential to reach 20kpsi and rated to 20kpsi. This older version without an HMI is full of potential for the industrious laboratory!
