The Agilent IDP-3 dry scroll pump is an innovative, compact, high-performance, oil-free vacuum pump that is suitable for a wide variety of applications. It is the smallest scroll pump made for general vacuum applications, which makes it easy to integrate into OEM systems, and it weighs only 21 pounds (9.5 kg). Yet with a pumping speed of 2.1 cfm (60 L/min) and a very low base pressure of 250 milliTorr, it is the highest-performing dry pump in its class. Agilent IDP dry scroll pumps are oil-free, compact, quiet, high performance vacuum pumps. IDP pumps use a single-sided scroll design that allows for a straightforward 15-minute maintenance procedure with simple tools. Large pumping speeds and compact sizes are ideal for many applications in the research, analytical instrument, and laboratory markets. The pumping speed reaches 60 L/m, 3.6 m3/hr, 2.1 cfm with an ultimate pressure of 2.5 x 10-1 torr (3.3 x 10-1 mbar, 33 Pa). The maximum inlet pressure is 1 atmosphere (1.0 bar, 101 kPa) with maximum outlet pressure at 1.4 atmospheres (1.4 bar, 142 kPa). The inlet connection port is NW16 KF Flange and the exhaust connection is Female 3/8" NPT with a gas ballast connection of Female 1/8" NPT. It operates within the ambient temperature range of 5 to 40C (41 to 108F) and can be stored at -20 to 60C (-4 to 140F). The pump has a motor rating of 0.16 HP (0.12 KW) with a peak rating of 0.27 HP (0.20 KW) and operates at 3200 RPM.
