The Perkin Elmer 310-3 Genetic Analyzer is an automated single-capillary genetic analyzer designed for various sequencing and fragment analysis applications. It eliminates gel preparation, sets up runs in minutes, and automates workflows to minimize hands-on time and costs. With the ability to detect five dyes simultaneously, this analyzer increases throughput. Use it for comparative sequencing, linkage analysis, STR analysis, SNP detection, discovery and validation, and mutation detection. The equipment does not include a PC.
