It operates quietly and is easy to use and service, and there's no need for special tools. This pump is perfect for centrifugal concentrators, rotary evaporators, freeze dryers, gel dryers, vacuum ovens, or general-purpose requirements. With unique features such as adjustable gas ballast control, it can handle a wide range of vapor handling requirements. The high vacuum mode provides the ultimate vacuum down to 1.5 x 10^-3 torr with no gas ballast, while the high throughput mode sustains long-term high inlet pressures with an ultimate vacuum as low as 2.3 x 10^-2 torr without gas ballast. This versatile pump is a valuable addition to any laboratory setting.
