The Thermo Quest Surveyor Autosampler Plus is designed to maximize throughput, with a novel sampling arm design that minimizes excess movement and maximizes the number of injections in a given time. It can achieve injection cycles less than 30 seconds and holds 200 standard 1.8 mL sample vials. The autosampler also features a built-in syringe flush and needle wash to minimize carryover and a heat exchanger to equilibrate the mobile phase prior to sample introduction.
