The Hamamatsu Lightningcure UV Spot Lightsource LC4 is a long life, high intensity mercury-xenon lamp-based UV light source designed to minimize light loss. It has gained a solid reputation for long life and high power and is widely used in factory automation (FA) and UV curing in the bonding of micro components and optical components vulnerable to heat. The LC4 delivers a typical output of 3,500 mW/cm at 365 nm with a power consumption of 280 VA. It allows users to set the light output, with the timer setting adjustable from 2s to 60s and the output intensity ranging from 0 to 100%. Its compact size of 311 mm x 13.7 mm x 226 mm enables users to fit multiple units on the production floor. It is suitable for a variety of applications such as Super Spot Max/Max HP, Spectrum 100, Green Spot, Super Spot MKIII, Cool Cure 365, Fiber Optic Guides/Radiometer, and Mighty Spot.
