The Thermo Precision 2868 Circulating Water Bath is a microprocessor-controlled, 89L capacity (23 gal) immersion circulator. Water flow is directed around the perimeter, and for more thorough circulation it utilizes an elevated sample platform. It is widely used in research and quality control, well suited for applications such as enzymes and serology, that require uniform temperature and control and is particularly desirable for legal and reference tests. The temperatures can be set in 0.1°C increments and the controller provides 0.05°C uniformity at 37°C and control resolution of 0.05°C with stainless-steel gable cover, diffuser shelf, and over-temperature protection capability.
