The COHERENT Avia 355-3000 is a high-power Q-switched ultraviolet laser module which is used for various industrial tasks including PCB/SIP drilling, cutting, trenching, and de-paneling. It can also be used for flex/LCP/LTCC processing, with minimized heat-affected zone and no post-cleaning needed. This UV laser power source combines high pulse energy and repetition rate with UV to enable rapid, precision materials processing in semi fab, advanced packaging, and solar cell manufacturing. It offers exceptional reliability and can perform tasks with high precision and less heat damage due to its unique properties. This used system has been tested for basic functionality and will need to be validated/calibrated to ensure accurate results.
