The Thermo Scientific Transcend II Valve Interface Module is designed for maximum efficiency, featuring Turboflow technology which combines diffusion, chemistry, and size exclusion to perform selective online sample cleanup prior to HPLC or UHPLC separation and MS analysis. It minimizes manual sample preparation, reduces sample preparation by up to 95%, and enables direct sample injection into an LC-Ms system for complex matrices like plasma, urine, and food. The Turboflow technology also reduces ion suppression, simplifies complex sample preparation protocols, and allows the same method to be used for different matrices. This equipment is in excellent condition and has been tested for basic power function.
