The Thermo KingFisher Flex DNA RNA Purification System w/ 96 Deep-well Magnetic Head & Heat Block 5400630 is a versatile benchtop automated extraction instrument allowing consistent medium to high-throughput extraction and purification of DNA, RNA, proteins, and cells. It offers highly versatile, automated magnetic-particle processing for DNA/RNA, protein or cell purification from virtually any source. One of the unique features is the revolutionary magnetic particle separation technology providing excellent reproduciblity and quality. With 24 magnet heads, customers can raise the processing volume up to 5 mL, resulting in increased yield of the purified product. For higher throughput needs, 96 samples can be processed with 96 magnet head. This fully automated system yields high-speed purification of nucleic acids, proteins, and cells. The system is recommended for Genomics and proteomics, target identification, veterinary assays, biomarker discovery, quality control, and forensics. It is equipped with Thermo Scientific BindIt Software for instrument control, protocol creation, and modification.
