The Beckman Coulter VI Cell XR is a Cell Viability Analyzer that has been tested for basic functionality and is in good condition, with slight cosmetic wear from normal use. It provides an automatic means to perform the Trypan Blue Dye Exclusion method, allowing users to load up to 10 samples at once for easy and automated cell analysis. The Vi-CELL software offers pre-programmed and customizable analysis options for consistent and accurate analysis of simple cell systems or your own cell line. The instrument operates with powerful, flexible software that enables bioprocess tracking, auto-sampler queue & control monitoring features, and real-time cellular imaging for data parameters not available with standard aperture cell counting methods, providing results for percent viability, total cell & viable cell concentration, mean cell size, and much more. Apart from its bioprocess tracking functions, the Vi-CELL XR Cell Viability Analyzer is also capable of carrying out compliance and validation functions, with 21 CFR Part 11 enabled capabilities, audit trails, electronic signature capability, secure sign-on, multiple user level permissions, and administrative configuration tools. This equipment is a valuable addition to any laboratory or research facility, allowing for efficient and reliable cell analysis and monitoring.
