Description
The BIO-RAD ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator is an integral part of the Bio-Rad Single-Cell Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Solution. It facilitates single-cell 3’ RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq by using disposable microfluidic cartridges to encapsulate single cells or nuclei with barcoded beads in subnanoliter droplets. Although the unit has wear from previous use, including scuffs and scratches, it powers on and has been tested for basic functions. The Single-Cell Isolator can process hundreds to tens of thousands of cells per experiment and provides sensitive, unbiased gene expression and regulation characterization. It supports diverse experimental designs and various mammalian cell sizes, offering a comprehensive single-cell sequencing solution. Note that it includes only the Isolator unit, with no power adapter or additional accessories.
