Description
The BMG LABTECH FLUOstar Omega is a new, filter-based multi-mode microplate reader designed for life science applications. As a highly flexible and reliable instrument, it offers three detection modes: absorbance, fluorescence intensity (including FRET), and luminescence (including BRET). This unit excels with high-speed absorbance measurements and supports up to 384-well plates with top and bottom reading capabilities. Its advanced UV/vis spectrometer allows for fast full-spectrum absorbance scans and detailed kinetic analysis. Additional features include incubation up to 65°C, well scanning with up to 900 data points, and high-precision injectors for simultaneous reagent injection and detection. The FLUOstar Omega integrates easily into automated systems and is ideal for academic and pharmaceutical research laboratories. It includes power and data cables, a user manual, software CDs, and operates on a voltage range of 100-240 V.
