The Branson 2000X Series Custom Ultrasonic Welding System is a high-performance assembly system that offers precise process controls with multiple weld modes and four output frequencies. It can join rigid thermoplastics, flexible packaging, fabrics, and films. This ultrasonic welding system can be adapted to automation systems or used as a stand-alone complete system in an assembly cell. It features True Digital Autotune with Memory (AT/M), total amplitude control, programmable starting ramp, auto seek, energy braking, self-diagnostics and monitoring, multiple weld modes, line/load regulation, and password protection. It has an automation interface and USB port for connectivity. The system offers selectable pre-triggering, System Protection Monitor (SPM), external VGA port, and a full VGA touch screen. The Branson 2000X Series operates at frequencies of 15 kHz, 20 kHz, 30 kHz, and 40 kHz, with a wattage range of 400W to 4400W, and a stroke length of 3.9" or 100mm. Software not included. Typical applications include welding plastics, creating packaging, and assembling fabrics.
