It offers outstanding performance and value, with a patented quick change track alignment key system for easy processing of different card products. This versatile unit operates with compressed air and is well-suited for product development through to production quantities. Although there might be slight cosmetic blemishes, this unit has been tested and is proven to be reliable. It is flexible for multiple products and operates with an air pressure of 5.5/6.2 bar or 80/90 psi. The unit consumes 85 LPM of air and 3 CFM. Applications include laminating rapid diagnostic test strips in laboratory and production settings.
