The Agilent Technologies 201596-100 model is a 96-well Polyethersulfone (PES) filter microplate designed for the separation of large molecules from small molecules, such as proteins and peptides. This polypropylene 96-well filter microplate features a 100 KDa molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) with a 400 µL well volume and short drip for efficient sample processing. It is ideal for applications such as protein purification, concentration of protein peaks following gel-permeation chromatography, and desalt/buffer-exchange processes after chromatography column elution.
