It's non-pyrogenic and tissue-culture (TC) treated for optimum attachment and growth of anchorage-dependent cells. The Corning CellBIND surface increases surface wettability for more consistent cell attachment. It is an ideal solution for growing and maintaining cells in vitro. The dish is manufactured from optically clear virgin polystyrene, sterile and non-pyrogenic. The dish style (mm) = actual growth surface diameters which make it suitable for various cell culture applications in the laboratory setting.
