The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is a microfluidics-based platform that integrates sample handling, separation, detection, and data analysis. Operating on electrophoresis and flow cytometry principles, it offers maximum flexibility and sensitivity down to pg/L concentration. The expert software provides qualitative and quantitative digital data for up to 12 samples in 30 minutes with minimal sample consumption. Used for DNA fragment analysis, protein applications, sampling QC in gene expression, and simple flow cytometric analysis of cells. The system features replaceable electrode cartridges, minimum exposure to hazardous materials, and compliance with European RoHS directives. Additionally, it offers IQ and OQ services, as well as features to enable 21 CF Part 11 compliance.
