The Invitrogen Corporation Zoom Dual Power Supply for Electrophoresis Model: ZP10001 has been thoroughly tested and functions within specifications. It exhibits minor cosmetic wear from normal use but operates without error messages. This programmable power supply is capable of running both high voltage/low current and high current/low voltage applications concurrently. It offers circuit protection against open circuit, short circuit, thermal protection, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overpower and can store up to 15 programs of up to six steps each. The unit features multiple output jacks, allowing up to four electrophoresis apparatus to run simultaneously on each side. With the ability to disable the no load detection alarm system for high voltage applications requiring very low current. This dual power supply is suitable for sample fractionation, IPG strips, IEF, DNA sequencing, SDS-PAGE, native PAGE, second dimension SDS-PAGE, DNA/RNA electrophoresis, and blotting applications.
