The BUCHI UV Photometer C-640 is a powerful detector that can identify most compounds in a broad wavelength range of 200-840 nm. It saves time by simultaneously monitoring four wavelengths and can locate compounds at any time with a UV-Vis scan using SepacoreControl software. The instrument is versatile and can adjust the flow cell path length according to the amount of sample. It is designed for use in analytical HPLC, preparative HPLC, and flash chromatography.
