The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 WPS-3000TBPL Autosampler ensures protein integrity and separation of labile post-translational modifications. With a biocompatible flow path, it features a pulled-loop injection mechanism to reduce delay times, ensure accurate and precise gradient profiles, and extend capabilities to pressures up to 345 bar. This autosampler accommodates multiple workflows on limited bench space, with a three-well plate capacity offering up to 1152 sample and fraction positions. It enables sample and fraction cooling, as well as fractionation into sealed and capped containers to minimize evaporation. The Chromeleon CDS software automates advanced workflows with templates for off-line 2D-LC.
