Here is a ABI 7500 Real-Time rt-PCR qPCR System for sale. This instrument has been tested by our in-house service technician and is ready for use. The Applied Biosystems 7500/7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System is a 96-well, five-color platform that uses fluorescence-based polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reagents. It provides quantitative detection of target nucleic acid sequences using real-time analysis, qualitative detection of targets using post-PCR analysis, and qualitative analysis of the PCR product. The 7500/7500 Fast system collects raw fluorescence data during a PCR, consisting of three phases - Excitation, Emission, and Collection. This instrument is in good working order and was removed from a working environment, with minor cosmetic wear from normal use. It passes all initializing self and basic functionality tests.
