The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 Automated Fraction Collector AFC-3000 is a rugged and flexible fraction collector used for preparative reversed-phase or normal-phase HPLC, as well as purification of proteins, peptides, and nucleotides. It is resistant against a broad range of solvents, buffers, acids, and bases, with flow rates of up to 150 mL/min. The AFC3000 ensures minimal carryover through minimized delay volume between valve and drop former, allows very fast tube changes and can hold up to 180 tubes or 4 96 well plates. An industry-leading variety of vessels can be used to collect fractions, including 96 well plates, standard vial and tube sizes, and bottles.
