The Eppendorf ThermoStat Plus is a compact, benchtop thermostat that accurately controls temperature levels up to 99C, with a cooling feature for temperatures as low as -5C. It is used for enzyme storage at 0C, enzyme reactions at 37C, and various reactions at temperatures between 12 and 65C. This reliable equipment allows for individually programmable temperature and run times, stores up to four temperatures and times in succession, and provides an RS-232 interface for control and documentation according to GLP standards. The temperature control range of the block is from -5 to 99C, with possible temperatures ranging from 30C below ambient to 99C. The design ensures a minimum block temperature of -25C at an ambient temperature of 4C, and it offers high accuracy in temperature control, with heating-up and cooling-down speeds of 4C/min and 2C/min respectively. The Eppendorf ThermoStat Plus is a versatile solution for various temperature control needs in laboratory settings.
