Introducing the Applied Biosystems 7300 Real-Time PCR System, a reliable and compact thermal cycling and fluorescence detection tool that delivers cycle-by-cycle accrual measurements. Designed to occupy minimal space, this robust PCR system outperforms its predecessors in quantifying nucleic acid sequences while providing results in real-time. The 7300 model supports various dye choices and runs on its own software platform, offering immediate access to quantitative results upon completion of a PCR run. Notably, it eliminates the need for PCR purification, gel runs, or post PCR alterations, with complete real-time PCR runs in under two hours. The system is capable of detecting four colors, enabling multiple applications such as SNP genotyping, pathogen quantification, gene expression analysis, plus/minus assays, and more. Manufactured with a Peltier-based thermal cycling system, single excitation, four-emission filters, and a CCD camera, the 7300 PCR system boasts superior temperature management, collection of data in all four filters, and support for various sample volumes and consumables.
