This pump is widely used for gas analysis, leak detection, mass spectrometers, electron microscopes, centrifuges, sterilization, electron tubes, lamps, air conditioning, drying, ion implantation, cryogenics, gas recovery, and oxygen pumping. It offers robust features such as an oil pressure system, oil distribution valve, and gas-ballast control, making it suitable for various applications.
