The Pall iCELLis Nano Single-Use Fixed Bed Bioreactor, model MPATHBRXPS0P0, manufactured in 2019, is in excellent condition with minimal usage. Designed for optimal cell growth in adherent cell cultures, this advanced system features a unique fixed-bed design with integrated macrocarriers made of class VI polyester microfibers. The bioreactor provides a significant increase in volumetric productivity compared to traditional stirred tanks, with scalability from research and development to manufacturing. It includes a mPath Controller for simplified cell culture processes, allowing low-density inoculation and streamlined seed train operations. The system ensures evenly-distributed media circulation, low shear stress, and high cell viability through a magnetic drive impeller and waterfall oxygenation system.
