The Electroglas Model 2080 Wafer Prober is a highly accurate and modularly designed automatic wafer prober. Although the actual item may be slightly configured differently, the EG 2080 Probe excels at performing automatic system functions such as wafer load, alignment, measurement, and test/sort. It also features automatic alignment, cassette to cassette operation, OCR camera capabilities, and can handle up to 200mm wafers. Operated via two consoles and simple push-button controls, the EG 2080 boasts unique ELECTROGLAS solid-state high-speed X-Y Positioning System, simplifying the wafer loading process.
