The Steel & O'brien BFVTC - BUTTERFLY VALVE is a type of quarter-turn stainless steel sanitary valve that uses a disc mounted on a rotating shaft to control flow. It is designed to create a leak-proof connection to clamp fittings when combined with a gasket and clamp. The handle design with a squeezable trigger allows the valve to be manually locked into multiple positions at various degrees of openness. This new valve is 1-1/2" in size and is ideal for applications in the pharmaceutical industry, chemical processing, and food and beverage production. Its robust stainless steel construction ensures high durability and resistance to corrosion. Software not included.
